Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care to ensure the quality of our sarees and accessories However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you as per the policy below:

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing or physical damage to the product.

  • The customer must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery if any damage is found.

  • The product must be returned in unused condition, along with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and verified by our team.

  • After successful verification of damage, the refund amount will be processed within 3 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

  • Products returned without valid damage or after the 7-day period will not be eligible for refund.
