Refunds are applicable only in case of manufacturing or physical damage to the product.

The customer must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery if any damage is found.

The product must be returned in unused condition, along with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and verified by our team.

After successful verification of damage, the refund amount will be processed within 3 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

Products returned without valid damage or after the 7-day period will not be eligible for refund.
